JUNE 30-JULY 1 PICTON TO TRENTON

We left Kingston after 3 days on a rather windy and cool day heading for Picton.

This is the latest in Dior nautical fashion for cool mornings.

We were delighted to find a well sheltered harbor in Picton.  We picked up a mooring and headed into town.  Another pleasant surprise.  Picton is a delightful little town.  Reminded us of a US town in the 50s but with a vibrant downtown.

Old hotel.

Showing the latest movies.

Every village must have one or two.

Peter thought about applying for work here.

Quaint shops & restaurants.

Gerbeaud appreciated the giant dog water bowl.

We are enjoying the longer days as we head ever North.  This is Picton harbor at 9:00 p.m.   Still light.

This is Picton harbor the next day in the early morning.  Truly a wonderful spot.
